Wat we bewaren

We gebruiken geen cookies en geen tracking die jou herkent. We tellen alleen hoe vaak elke stap per dag wordt gebruikt, zonder iets dat een bezoeker identificeert.

Van elk opgezocht dak tellen we alleen het gebied: de vier cijfers van de postcode en de gemeente. Het adres zelf bewaren we niet.

Adressen die je opzoekt en dakanalyses zijn niet aan jou gekoppeld. De server bewaart het resultaat per gebouw, zonder je adres, zodat een tweede keer opzoeken snel gaat.

Meld je je aan voor de wachtlijst, dan bewaren we je voor- en achternaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, het adres van het dak, je voorkeurstijd om gebeld te worden, je opmerking en het zonneplan dat je hebt gemaakt. We bewaren ook de toestemmingstekst waarmee je akkoord ging en het tijdstip.

Wie het ontvangt

Met jouw toestemming delen we deze gegevens met maximaal drie zonnepaneleninstallateurs in jouw regio zodra die beschikbaar zijn, of met een partner die ze aan zulke installateurs doorgeeft. Zij kunnen contact met je opnemen over een offerte.

Bewaartermijn en je rechten

Je kunt je toestemming altijd intrekken, en je gegevens inzien, laten corrigeren of laten verwijderen.

What we store

We use no cookies and no tracking that recognises you. We only count how often each step is used, per day, without anything that identifies a visitor.

For each roof looked up we count only the area: the four digits of the postcode and the municipality. The address itself is not stored.

Address lookups and roof analyses are not linked to you. The server keeps the result per building, without your address, so a second lookup is fast.

When you join the installer waiting list, we store your first and last name, email address, phone number, the address of the roof, your preferred contact time, your note, and the solar plan you made. We also store the consent text you agreed to and the time.

Who receives it

With your consent, we share these details with up to three solar installers in your region as soon as they are available, or with a partner who passes them on to such installers. They may contact you with an offer.

How long and your rights

You can withdraw your consent, and ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
